When May I See The Barn?
Private barn tours are scheduled by appointment. Book your tour here!
How Do I Book My Date?
Should you choose to book a date at the barn, email us for a booking form. Once we receive the completed form and send you the booking documents, the signed contract and required deposit must be received within 10 days to secure your date.
Which Days Of The Week Are Available To Book?
We are currently booking Friday and Saturday weddings. Other events are considered based on current bookings.
May I Use My Own Caterer?
As our exclusive caterer, all wedding catering services must be provided by Capriotti's Catering. No outside catering allowed for weddings.
Is Alcohol Allowed?
Yes, alcohol is allowed. Alcohol may be provided by you as the host or purchased through Capriotti’s Catering. All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender provided by Capriotti's. No kegs allowed. As the host, it is your responsibility to ensure safe departure of all guests.
May I Bring My Own Cake And/or Desserts?
While the catering packages do include your wedding cake and cupcakes, you may supply your own cake, desserts, and other snack bar setups instead. You may also choose to have your cake, desserts, and other snack bar setups provided through Capriotti's Catering.
When Would I Have Access To The Barn For A Wedding?
Decor may be dropped off the week of the event or at the rehearsal. The barn, bridal suite, and groom’s lounge are open at 9 am on the event date. All festivities must conclude by 9:30 pm on event date. Decorations and rented items must be retrieved by 9 am the morning after the event.
Can I Decorate?
All decorations are supplied by you or your rental company. Table and chair placement, set up, and decorating of provided decor is included in Capriotti's Catering packages. You may also choose to assist them in decorating or have a decorator assist. Decorating is done on the event date.
Where Does Everyone Park?
Designated parking is available for the bridal party by the bridal suite and guests in the main lot. ADA accessible parking is located at the top of the barn. Vehicles may not be left overnight without permission. Party buses are encouraged for large events.
Are Tables And Chairs Provided?
Tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception are included in the barn rental fee.
How Many Ceremony Sites Are Available?
Three ceremony sites are available. The Apple Orchard Courtyard and the Waterfall Garden each have a beautiful wooden structure and lush landscaping for gorgeous ceremony photos and are located right next to the barn! Our Fern Creek ceremony site is located just a short walk between the park lot and barn. This wooded site is our most intimate and rustic space.
What Happens If It Rains?
You may choose to hold your ceremony indoors on our dance floor or in the Apple Orchard Courtyard under a tent (renter to provide tent).
Is The Barn Handicap Accessible?
Yes, the barn and restrooms are fully ADA accessible.
Are There Bathrooms?
Bathrooms are located inside the top level of the barn (in the silo!) and inside the lower level of the barn.
Must I Obtain Insurance For The Day?
Yes, a special event insurance policy is required. Insurance policies may be obtained through your insurance agent or an online event insurance provider.
